  Went there after earning a voucher via a purchase from another store... only to be turned down: staff was not prepared to honor the voucher, even though there was no condition indicated on voucher (no expiry date, no "buy one get one" deal, etc). Was told I had to buy a $17.5 item to be able to get a small cupcake shaped soap. Needless to say that the only thing they got from me was to see me walking away.
